MAY : Lauching of the French-speaking MYEQ Class for Teens
Following the success of the free MYEQ Class workshop days in April, we are pleased to announce the launch of our weekly French-speaking MYEQ Class classes on Emotional Intelligence.
About twenty children aged 10 to 17 participated in the workshops in April and here are the key points based on the evaluation made by the children at the end of the session :
- 84% of the students participated with great enthusiasm and had a good time of discussion, sharing and reflection.
- 79% of the students believe they have learned things that can help them in life, and expressed their desire to discover more.
- And 79% of the students rated that the proposed activities were well adapted and interesting.
With MYEQ class, your children will be able to benefit from the well-being of the practice of Emotional Intelligence, through an immersive and playful experience of activities for:
- Build self-confidence and emotions regulations
- Develop good relationships with friends and parents
- Help to be focused and better at school
- Empower a universal mindset and a better understanding of the world
The classes will be animated by Alain, Hélène and An.

- Hélène NGUYEN PIERSON (French): Professor at Lfiduras, Sophrologist, and expert in Emotional Intelligence (EQ) with more than 10 years of study and practice in this field.
- An NGUYEN (Belgian): Physiotherapist and expert in Emotional Intelligence (EQ) with more than 10 years of study and practice in this field.
