MYEQ is happy to launch the 8th of October, the first Emotional Intelligence Workshop for Parents and Kids in Hanoi: MYEQ Family.

“MANAGE KIDS SCREEN ADDICTION (VIDEO GAMES, YOUTUBERS, SOCIAL MEDIA) ” PART 1
- MYEQ will help children make better decisions (time management, type of play, …).
- MYEQ will give advice and tips to guide your children with love and empathy.
3 steps in the workshop
Step 1:
- For Kids : through an immersive and fun experience, your kids will decode life and improve EQ.
- For Parents : will have access to live streaming to follow the class of their kids.
Step 2:
- For your kids: Outdoor games and activities for kids
- For Parents: Sharing and counseling for parents

Step 1: For your kids 8-13 years old:
- Through an immersive and fun experience, your kids will love:
- Practicing decoding a video game, video, …., analyze positive and negative aspects.
- Learning as a team, with advanced EQ knowledge, to understand their own emotions when they are addicted to something (video games, smartphones, social media…).
- They will receive the key to improve themselves and make better decisions.
*** Parents will have access to live streaming to follow the class of their kids.
Step 2:
- For your kids: Outdoor games and activities for kids
- Positive games will be organized with the MYEQ team outdoors, to activate the energy and the movement of the kids, and help them to increase positive interactions with other children.
At the same time
- For Parents: Sharing and counseling for parents will learn:
- What is MYEQ knowledge? What is Screen addiction?
- How to build kid’s complicity with positive inspiration to transform this addiction
Step 3: Family connection activity for both parents and children
- This is a great time for parents to connect with their children to develop together EQ.
- Parent / Kid will decode image, game, and video.
- Parent / Kid will play in EQ activity to activate and learn emotion together.
